What I do.

For 8 years I've designed, secured and run IT for organisations that can't afford downtime or data leaks, across healthcare, hospitality, government and not-for-profits. That means:

• Microsoft 365 security: two-step sign-in, access control, device management, and keeping client data from leaking out
• Cloud migrations, backups and disaster recovery
• Security reviews against the Essential Eight
• Networks and phone systems
• Automation that takes repetitive work off people's plates

Why accounting firms.

Accounting and bookkeeping practices are document-heavy, privacy-sensitive, and badly served by both AI hype and generic IT. I'm also a small-business owner myself, so I know what it's like to be on the client side of an accountant, and how much of a firm's week disappears into chasing and sorting.

How I work.

Fixed prices agreed upfront. A person approving anything that goes to a client. The hours saved measured in writing, 30 days after go-live. Based in Sydney, NSW.
