Revolutionize IT is a business name of ZSM Associates Pty Ltd (ABN 95 677 265 520). In this policy, ‘we’ means ZSM Associates Pty Ltd trading as Revolutionize IT.

Revolutionize IT respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.

What our forms collect

Our website has three forms:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), business name (optional) and your message.
• Hours-Back calculator plan request: name, email, business name, phone (optional), and the numbers you entered in the calculator.
• Call request (shown when online booking isn't available): name, email, business name, preferred days and times, and what takes up most of your team's time.

We use this information only to reply to you and provide the service you asked about.

How form messages are delivered

Form submissions are sent to our inbox by email, using our email delivery provider, Resend. They are not stored in a website database.

Booking a call

When you book a call online, the booking is handled by Cal.com. Cal.com collects the details you enter (such as your name, email and the time you choose) and sends us the booking. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to the information you give it.

The “Try it” demo

The “Try it” demo on our homepage uses fictional documents. It runs entirely in your browser: nothing is uploaded, and it sends no data anywhere.

Analytics

We don't use analytics at the moment. If we add them, we'll use a cookieless service that counts visits without identifying you, and update this page first.

Phone calls

If you call us, we use the details you give us only to help with your enquiry. If you leave a voicemail, it's recorded and emailed to us so we can call you back. If we later use an AI receptionist to answer calls, we'll update this page first.

Business emails

We may email accounting, bookkeeping and tax practices about our services using business email addresses they publish on their own websites. We collect only business details that are publicly available (practice name, published email address and website information). We also email people who tick the consent box on our forms. Every email explains how to opt out. Reply ‘no thanks’ or email hello@revolutionizeit.com.au and we'll stop within five business days.
