   Free Leak Check (15 minutes).

   15 minutes on a video call or the phone. We look at where your time and money leak: missed calls, inbox, paperwork, chasing and software bills.

   We may ask for a recent phone bill or call log, and your software bills. You get your top 3 leaks, each with a dollar figure.

2. 02

   We build it (about 2 weeks).

   You get a written proposal with a fixed setup price. Once you say go, we build it in the systems you already use.

   We test it with you, and it only goes live when you're happy with it.

3. 03

   We look after it.

   Every month we monitor it, fix anything that isn't right and keep improving it. You get a simple monthly report of what it handled.

   After the 3-month minimum it's month to month, with 30 days' notice.
