Terms
How pricing works
- Monthly assistants: a 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
- Setup includes building it in your systems, testing it with you, training, and a security check of the systems it touches.
- Monthly includes looking after it, fixes, improvements and a monthly report of what it handled.
- Phone call and AI usage is included up to a fair-use limit, which is set in your proposal.
- Two or more assistants: 10% off the monthly price.
- Other IT work: $150 an hour, always quoted first.
- Every price is confirmed in a written proposal before anything starts.
